Breakfast Friday February 27, 2009

After a full week of eating meat, it was time to lighten it up a bit and have some more fruits and vegetables. So I started with breakfast. Today I had raw milk cottage cheese with granola and strawberries. It was all washed down with the regular stove-top espresso with raw milk.

Raw milk cottage cheese is truly amazing. Eating it is like eating sweet butter, but not quite as rich. So you can actually have an entire cup and not just a pat.
