I'm pretty sure that I'm still digesting that steak. Or at least that it's still in my stomach in one form or another because it hasn't come out yet. Accordingly, today was a lighter day of eating.
Breakfast was raw milk home made yogurt with strawberries and store bought granola.
Lunch was a bunch of fruit from Cranberries, a deli-style lunch spot in Times Square.
Dinner was a chicken sandwich and grapes. I toasted the sandwich with sauerkraut and cheese. It was quick, easy, and quite good. I am pretty much completely adapted to the chicken program. The flavor is mild, and I am more or less comfortable with its textures.
