Inventory management

Now I have bacon and I need to eat it. So I fried up a couple more pieces for breakfast.

Meal
  • 2 eggs fried in bacon grease left over from yesterday
  • Stove top espresso with raw milk
  • 2 pieces of toast with butter and jam
I made a reservation for 4 at Peter Lugers for next Sunday. Get ready world.

  1. Although it is a personal preference, I like my bacon well done. It's looks like yours could use another minute in the pan - that would draw out the flavor a bit more, otherwise it is just chewing fat. Gross.
    Also, there is a lot of variation in the bacon family- try different curing or flavorings if you have the opportunity.
