Breakfast - Tuesday January 6, 2009

This is a new one.

  • One egg fried sunny side over.
  • 8 oz. home made yogurt with one tablespoon peanut butter, one banana, and a little honey. (Thanks to Allison from Crossfit NYC)
  • Coffee with Ronnybrook whole milk.
  • Tropicana OJ, no pulp.
