Lunch was Green Symphony with Adam. I reviewed a legal agreement for him, explaining some terms and making my best guess at the rest. I had the spinach dish, with turkey sausage. The sausage was very rubbery, and Adam informed that was normal. In fact, he doesn't eat sausage much unless it's very high quality. I didn't finish the dish and will be employing that strategy in the future for food I don't like.Meal - Green Symphony salad bar:
