Ten rounds for time of:
3 Weighted Pull-ups, 45 pounds
5 Strict Pull-ups
7 Kipping Pull-up
I sort of did 3 rounds with 15 pounds weighted, then realized I needed to scale. When I got off the bar, I also realized I had ripped my hands open, and needed to tape.
I got about 3 more rounds after that before I got too frustrated to continue. I will get better. Just not sure how. I'm pretty heavy for my size, but don't have a tremendous amount of fat to lose. I really hate pull-ups. I also really hate being so bad at something.
