Workout and Snacks Sunday January 11, 2009

Front Squat 5-5-5-5-5 reps

Alex and I made up the WOD from Friday. He was fried, and I'm not very good at front squats, and we finished at 168 lbs. Probably could have gone up a little, but we were both struggling with going all the way down and staying back on our heels. At least I was.

We went back to my place to work on a video for him. Breakfast had been large and late, my workout hadn't been that calorie intensive, and I wasn't that hungry. So I ate a few chocolate chips, a banana, a slice of raw milk smoked cheddar, and had a glass of water with lemon.

Although I have leftovers from last night, I think dinner will be more salmon.
