Workout Tuesday Januaruy 6, 2009

I skipped the Crossfit WOD today. Ostensibly because Tuesday is Alex's spin class at Affinity, but actually because I am pretty bad at each of the exercises included in the not-yet-named Kurt WOD. The workout was modeled on Tabata This!, but we did 3 Tabata sets rather than 5. Which was totally OK by me. In fact I almost bowed out after the second round, but was admonished by Alex to finish it up. Thanks coach!

Workout:
  • Stationary Trainer Tabata
  • Brief rest
  • Body Weight Squate Tabata
  • Brief Rest
  • Plank Tabata (3 point optional; there were no takers)
  • Giant fart (Optional, but I observed. Sorry Alex.)
