I was pressed for time, so I didn't go to Green Symphony as planned. Instead I went to the Lodge AKA the work cafeteria. The salad bar isn't great, but it does the trick.
Meal:
- 1.16 pounds of Salad bar - bed of mixed greens, lots of tofu, pickled beet salad, toasted sunflower seeds, oil, vinegar
- Yogurt with banana, honey, and peanut butter
- Water
