Late in the day at work I had an apple for a snack. Then when I arrived home, I had a pita with a little hummus to tide me over until dinner. I had to run over to Luke's to try to start the scooter, and wouldn't be eating until a little later. Returning home after another failure and a couple of beers on a relatively empty stomach, I made the questionable decision to get a chicken shawarma at Falafel Chula. As always, the soup was tasty. However, the chicken wasn't particularly good.
In fact, I didn't make it much past the pic below before the whole thing fell apart at the seams and gave me a good reason to stop eating it. The chicken was fairly moist, but I didn't like the flavor. It was far too tahini heavy. Lesson learned.

you could have gone with some Crown Fried Chicken. the taste is more isolated, more insolent.
